The Service processes ID images through an AI-based system and returns a verification result without storing any personal data.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use this Service. By using Validfied, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Subscription and Billing

Validfied offers a subscription plan at $19.99 per site per month. New customers receive a 7-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, your account will be billed monthly. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Use the Service to verify ages for illegal activities
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent the verification system
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without written consent
• Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair it

6. Data and Privacy

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Validfied does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate in all verification outcomes. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Validfied shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.
